Asos Delivery!

Okay so,I was feeling down one evening & started scrolling through Asos, which is always a bad idea! I think I did quite well in only ordering 4 items considering my saved items are like pages long!
My delivery arrived today about an hour before finishing work, definitely made Good Friday a good day! ;)

Busy Bee!

 Hi friends!
I apologize now for my lack of blogging,I haven't blogged since January!
The reason for this is that I have been a very busy bee growing up!
I started a new job the end of January which is always crazy at first,I have started working at my friends mum's clothes shop which is called 'Contrast' & can be found in Wadebridge! Come check it out if you're ever about in Wadebridge, its all affordable clothing with some clothes even coming from New Look,Topshop,Asos etc!

Me & my boyfriend also started looking for flats in Feb & after a few bad ones & some amazing ones which we fell in love with then got sad when they went.. We managed to find one that we both loved as soon as we entered the place! It is above where I work which is amazing for me,i literally roll out of bed! ;)
I wish i had chance to blog more with these massive changes occurring so i could have it all documented! But hey,im a grown up now & have to do fun things like housework during my spare time! Maybe the occasional homeware shop too ;)

Home Haul 1!!

Aloha!
If you have read my previous post then you would know that this year me & my boyfriend are looking for a place of our own, exciting times!
Apart from a pretty blue clock from the shop I work in,we haven't started buying anything for when we move out yet! Which in my eyes is crazy considering I work in a homeware shop!

In the first week of January I visited some family in Bristol with my Dad & my Brother. When my Dad said we were going to head to Ikea & Asda Living on the saturday I saw it as a good chance to pick up a few bits. In my head, whilst walking around all the amazing show rooms in Ikea, I could've spent thousands on all the lovely furniture & storage things but decided to just buy a few essentials to get us started!
No point in buying furniture until we know what place we're getting & how much room we will have. It did take alot of willpower not to go crazy buying things mind!

I love reading other people's home hauls & getting inspiration so I thought I would start doing them now that I have finally started collecting things!
If you have come here looking for fancy things for your home then you wont find it in this post im afraid. I am literally just buying the essentials at affordable prices, the expensive things can wait until we have been moved in for a few months & have a bit of extra cash. Plus,I never realised how expensive bath sheets are?! I was lucky & managed to pick up some bargains in Asda Living! Moving out is too expensive to go over the top with expensive home decor etc,for us anyway! :)

I will leave all prices  & try to find them on the websites to directly link you to find them if you're interested but may find that some things were in the sale, therefore not on the websites! :)

What I bought:
Brown Hand Towel - Asda £1.50 (not on website)
Brown & Cream Bath Sheet - Asda £3 each (not on website)

Are any of you planning on moving out this year? I'd love to see more home hauls & get inspiration/tips so lets talk! :)

Charity Shop Haul!

Im one of those people who always envy my friends that go into a Charity shop & manage to pick up such nice clothes at such good prices. Whenever I go browsing around charity shops I can never find anything & just end up coming out with an armful of books!
My boyfriends mum volunteers at her local charity shop where her friend works so she also ends up coming home with loads of bargains from top name clothing stores etc.
I decided to go along with her one day as she manages to see the clothes before they go out on sale which I thought was the perfect way for me to be able to have a good look without missing out by getting there too late.
One woman had brought in a bag full of clothes which I literally could of taken the lot,she had my ideal wardrobe! I brought home a bag full of stuff,as did my boyfriends mum & we tried them all on. In the end I just ended up with these 3 dresses which came to £8 altogether!

It wasn't until a few days later that I actually realised that all these dresses are from the Tesco Florence & Fred range! Why do I never spot these lovely dresses when they are on sale?! Not that I am complaining as I got them for about £2.50 each! They are all in such lovely condition too!

I wasn't going to have both stripey dresses but they are both so different, the first one being more of a going out one which I can team with a pair of heels & the other one being more casual & loose fitting so that it is comfortable to wear on hot summer days,I want to purchase a yellow belt for this one as I think this will really make the outfit stand out more & add a bit more colour.

I already have a black dress like this but we all know a girl can never have too many black dresses, they are all different right?! ;)
I love the lace detail on the top of this dress & love that it came with the belt too, I need an occasion to wear this now!

Do any of you enjoy Charity shopping? If so,what has been your favorite/biggest bargains?!

Bristol Clothes Shopping.

So this post is a bit delayed, sorry about that! I've been busy with sorting my life out! I now have a new job which I will be starting soon & moving down to Wadebridge with Jon. Exciting stuff!
Anyway, here are the clothes I bought whilst away on a spa trip with two of my best friends. These purchases, along with the overall trip left me skint all month but it was definitely worth it!

If you have seen my July Wishlist you will of seen that I was after a denim skater skirt so when I saw this one in Oasis I had to get it! I know I could've got it cheaper elsewhere but Oasis clothes are definitely worth the money as they last for ages! This is something that can also be worn all year round,no matter what the weather!
