Asos Delivery!

Okay so,I was feeling down one evening & started scrolling through Asos,which is always a bad idea! I think I did quite well in only ordering 4 items considering my saved items are like pages long! 

My delivery arrived today about an hour before finishing work,definitely made Good Friday a good day! ;) 

A Wintery Beach Walk.

These pictures were taken back in November but I have only just uploaded them to my mac,oops!

It was a crisp,fresh winters day which is my favorite type of weather,when the sun is out but you still have to wrap up extra warm because its freezing. It was a Sunday too which is even better so we decided to head out for a walk,living in Cornwall we are spoilt for choice over different beaches etc to have a walk around. 

Firstly we headed to Mawgan Porth beach where we got caught in a horrendous downpour whilst walking across the beach! We found shelter in a cave & then rang back to the car to avoid another soaking,stopping off in one of the little beach huts to get a good 'ole Cornish pasty & sausage roll first of course! ;)

Next up we stopped off at Harlyn Bay which is definitely one of my favourite beaches although its best to avoid it in the summer because of the masses of people & ridiculous parking prices. Just go in the winter,the parking is free & its not super busy! We had a walk along the beach & then headed up along the coastal path where you get some amazing views. I spent a good 15 minutes sat on a bench on the cliff edge watching the surfers in the freezing waters & the waves crashing against the rocks whilst Jon went off exploring! 

We then went to Padstow,had a walk around the shops & stopped for an ice cream. By this time it was starting to get dark & the rain was in for the night so we then headed home!

Charity Shop Haul!

Im one of those people who always envy my friends that go into a Charity shop & manage to pick up such nice clothes at such good prices. Whenever I go browsing around charity shops I can never find anything & just end up coming out with an armful of books! 

My boyfriends mum volunteers at her local charity shop where her friend works so she also ends up coming home with loads of bargains from top name clothing stores etc. 

I decided to go along with her one day as she manages to see the clothes before they go out on sale which I thought was the perfect way for me to be able to have a good look without missing out by getting there too late. 

One woman had brought in a bag full of clothes which I literally could of taken the lot,she had my ideal wardrobe! I brought home a bag full of stuff,as did my boyfriends mum & we tried them all on. In the end I just ended up with these 3 dresses which came to £8 altogether!

It wasn't until a few days later that I actually realised that all these dresses are from the Tesco Florence & Fred range! Why do I never spot these lovely dresses when they are on sale?! Not that I am complaining as I got them for about £2.50 each! They are all in such lovely condition too! 

I wasn't going to have both stripey dresses but they are both so different,the first one being more of a going out one which I can team with a pair of heels & the other one being more casual & loose fitting so that it is comfortable to wear on hot summer days,I want to purchase a yellow belt for this one as I think this will really make the outfit stand out more & add a bit more colour.

I already have a black dress like this but we all know a girl can never have too many black dresses,they are all different right?! ;) 

I love the lace detail on the top of this dress & love that it came with the belt too, I need an occasion to wear this now!

Bristol Clothes Shopping.

So this post is a bit delayed,sorry about that! I've been busy with sorting my life out! I now have a new job which I will be starting soon & moving down to Wadebridge with Jon. Exciting stuff! 

Anyway,here are the clothes I bought whilst away on a spa trip with two of my best friends. These purchases,along with the overall trip left me skint all month but it was definitely worth it! 

Denim Skater Skirt - Oasis £35

If you have seen my July Wishlist you will of seen that I was after a denim skater skirt so when I saw this one in Oasis I had to get it! I know I could've got it cheaper elsewhere but Oasis clothes are definitely worth the money as they last for ages! This is something that can also be worn all year round,no matter what the weather! 

A July wishlist purchase!

Hello there!

I have been a little bit naughty & purchased something on my July wishlist,I'm meant to be saving!!

I used the excuse to myself that I have been wanting them for such a long time that I could treat myself! 

I just think brown boots go so nicely with floral dresses & denim,both of which I own quite a bit of! 

I can't wait to add them to EVERY outfit I wear! ;)
